Registrations, Passwords, Security To access certain parts of icareauctions.com you will be required to have a user name and password. Both the username and password will be created by the user. Data Collection Data collected from iCare Auctions Inc can not be used for any other purpose other than to use with iCare Auctions Inc. This includes but is not limited to all Trademarks, Copyrights, names, email address, telephone numbers, verbiage and other information listed on the sites. Fees iCare Auctions Inc is a for profit business and as such does charges a fee for transactions and other services that are offered. Fees and items listed on iCare Auctions are quoted in Canadian currency, unless otherwise stated. All payments must be paid in full and all users need to be in good standing to proceed with the services. Failure to make the required payments will result in suspension or termination of service until payment is made. Failure to pay within a timely manner can also result in iCare Auctions using a third party to collect on their behalf. Fee structure and payment structure can be changed at any time with all relevant information being posted direct on to the site. iCare Auctions reserve the right to offer promotional pricing or special pricing for limited time periods. Payment Processing Funds are all collected through a Third Party on the iCare Auctions site. All participants (Buyer/ Seller) must be fully aware of the terms of use for the Third Party and agree to these prior to proceeding. All buyers/ sellers are aware that the Third Party fees will be deducted, along with iCare Auctions administration fee on all products sold on this site. Refunds or exchange of products (buyer/seller) will be done so at the discretion of the buyer/seller. iCare Auctions is not liable for any processing of payment, delivery of items or refunds, iCare Auctions is purely a platform to display information for the seller and for the buyer to be able to see this information. Refund Policy iCare Auctions is not responsible or liable for any delivery, refunds or exchanges of items bought online. All enquires with reference to deliveries, refunds or exchanges needs to be discussed directly with the seller in question. Liability You agree not to hold iCare Auctions liable for any disputes with other users, content, actions or inactions of other users, or items they list.
