ICare Auctions will allow all potential buyers access to view our site without requiring any personal information. If potential buyers wish to view products to bid on, then some personal information will be required at that time. This information will be stored within iCare Auctions and only used for the purposes of the auction in question. ICare Auctions will also request permission to submit newsletters and further information on future auctions, these options can be turned down by the potential buyer during sign up or at a later date. If potential sellers wish to post products for another to bid on, then some personal/ company information will be required. This information will be stored within iCare Auctions and only used for the purposes of the auction in question. iCare Auctions will also request permission to submit newsletters and further information on future auctions, these options can be turned down by the potential buyer during sign up or at a later date. Sharing and Storing of Information

iCare Auctions does not sell, rent or provide personal information to any third parties without your prior consent, excluding situations where is it required by Law. Storing of information will be done for as long as you are a buyer or seller with iCare Auctions and may be kept after withdrawal from the site following legal guidelines or corporate policy.  Buyers and Sellers information will be required to be shared   between one another during transactions to ensure a smooth process of buying and selling.
